About the Blue Badge scheme

If you have a disability or health condition, a Blue Badge will help you park close to your destination. If you’re eligible, you can apply whether you travel as a passenger or a driver.

You can apply for a Blue Badge:

  • for yourself
  • on behalf of someone else
  • for an organisation that transports people who need a Blue Badge

If you have a Blue Badge, you can apply for a resident Blue Badge holder permit.
