HAGA (Haringey Advisory Group on Alcohol) 

HAGA provides a range of services and recovery support, including:

  • alcohol detox and safe reduction plans
  • liver health scans
  • SMART recovery plans
  • counselling
  • online appointments
  • women’s only space
  • Polish-speaking service
  • support to family members who are affected by substance or alcohol use

The help you’ll receive will depend on what you need, what you want, and your current relationship with alcohol.

Support for the whole family

Insightful Families

Insightful Families offers understanding and support for families and friends of problem drinkers. Their services are available over the phone and in person, either one-to-one or in group sessions.

This service is for: 

  • parents who use alcohol 
  • family, friends and carers affected by someone else’s alcohol use 
  • children and young people affected by parental alcohol use
  • parents affected by the alcohol use of their children
